Chief Executive Officer (Expat)

Planning

• Co-operate with department heads and senior leaders in the company, CEO to develop strategic and annual plans for the company and be responsible for presenting the plan to the Board of Directors for approval.

Management

• Monitor company operations to ensure efficient production, quality, service, and economical resource management

• Lead, guide, orient and evaluate the work of functional BP leaders and other senior leaders

• Ensure quality and organizational stability through development and implementation of standards, procedures, guidelines and controls

• Work closely with the Board of Directors to evaluate and orient the company

• Ensure that the Board of Directors has all the information necessary to properly carry out its responsibilities and governance duties

Finance

• Supervise the development of the annual budget to support the operation plan and submit the budget to the Board of Directors for approval

• Ensure effective use of financial resources within the policy framework

• Knowledge of financial management, investment, M&A.

Communication

• Representing the company in front of external stakeholders with different form such as legal sections, official functions, etc.

• Appearance is an advantage to easily communicate and connect with customers

Human Resources

• Strengthen a culture that reflects company values and ensures a quality employee-supportive work environment

• Play a key role in selecting senior management positions and ensuring they are qualified to meet functional goals
